"I know the deli here is fantastic but I thought I would add a few words about the great selection of groceries available in this cozy space. There are so many things available here that I never expected to find in Canada: Guaanciale, capriccio di peace, nduja, tiny clams, an amazing selection of pastas, olive oils, cookies, sauces and cheeses. The friendly, knowledgeable, efficient, and helpful staff contribute much to every visit. I have to travel across the city to shop there but I am never dissatisfied to make the trip. If you can, go, and try something you never thought you would. And today I was back for robiola. Thanks for the help!"

I've never had a sandwich here, but this where I come to stock up on cheeses for my own personal cheese cave :D Excellent selection and prices, and the staff are lovely and supremely knowledgeable. I also buy chickpea flour and amaretti here as well, and confetti (candied almonds) because I am a twisted miscreant who likes to eat them as a snack. Oh, and they carry scope cards if you are ever stuck without a deck :)"

"Visiting from California and staying in a nearby Airbnb, we were looking for a place to have lunch when we arrived. Found this amazing deli with one of the best paninis I've ever had. The sandwiches are very large, are packed full of meat and if you want they'll give you all the veggies. I had to save half of my sandwich for later, so these are very shareable! This is a take and go deli, as there are only two small tables outside for seating. The owner very kindly brought out an extra stool from inside the deli so I had a place to sit as there are 5 in our family. So I would not count on having a place to sit and eat but if you are looking for a place to grab one of the best sandwiches you've ever had, then this is your place! They also had an amazing cheese selection and I wish we were in town long enough to sample some of those as well!"
"Be sure to check out the olive cabinet - they have some sneaky bocconcini hidden away in there, with a choice of three sizes! Great for if you're making a salad, or just want a giant hunk of cheese to munch on (I recommend that...) they also have gems like pesto, sun-dried tomatoes etc. The deli meats are mostly the same as you'd find in a number of stores down The Drive, but they have some I haven't seen before. Definitely take al look time to wander the store and check out the dry goods too - they have great crackers, and lots of unique and unusual items too. The fridges in the back are well worth poking through, there's always something delicious hiding! I will always spend way too much time and money here! The staff are always super friendly and know their products well, and the cheeses are unfailingly delicious!"
