Refund and Returns Policy

At La Grotta Del Formaggio, we take great pride in offering our customers high quality products and want you to be satisfied with your online shopping experience. Should you have any issues with your online order, please contact us at info@lagrottadelformaggio.com within 24 hours of receiving. Returns are only eligible within 10 days of receipt. No refunds on items marked “final sale”.

After you discuss your reason for return with us, if you are still dissatisfied with your purchase, please return for a full refund. All products must be intact and unopened. No return/refund on any open product. Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping. You may also arrange to return products in-store directly.

For items received from an online order that have arrived damaged, please send photo documentation of the damages to info@lagrottadelformaggio.com along with your order number within 24 hours of receipt.

We pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

Gift cards are not refundable or redeemable for cash. Lost or stolen gift cards will not be re-issued.
